This is a statuette of a Chinese emperor holding a ruyi (scepter).
On the back of his robe is a foo dog in an oval. There is a lot of fine detail on this guy.
I was unable to identify which emperor he is although I believe he is probably one from the Qing dynasty.
No hallmarks although there is two small marks on the front top of the pedestal.
He's not in perfect condition but overall he looks pretty good.
He is 11 inches tall.
