Antique Chinese late Qing Dynasty era carved hardwood arm armchair with Geisha motif carving on the back seat area. Most armchairs from this era have foodog or dragon carvings.
It has beautiful open arms with fine carvings. We are not sure if the wood material is hardwood or rosewood. It is pretty hard and sturdy. If you have any info in this regard, please share it with us to add it to the description for our viewers. thank you.
Chair is 16.5 inches wide and 21 inches long at the seat. It is 27 inches tall. It is in nice overall condition except some wears on the base as we showed in close up photos.
